Award Win: City of Winchester Trust The Valley

We are delighted that Snug Architects has won the City of Winchester Trust Award for The Valley, Winchester’s largest affordable housing scheme. As a practice born in Winchester, this recognition means a great deal to us.

Designed to work with the site’s natural contours, The Valley features 77 homes, blending apartments and houses into the landscape with distinctive pitched roofs. The project enhances community connections through carefully planned courtyards and public spaces, delivering high-quality homes.
